Calling all moms! This Thursday night at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, I will be conducting a teleseminar for The Urban Homemaker, a ministry of Duane and Marilyn Moll. This fabulous site has many helpful tools for those wishing to live a healthy, old fashioned life while existing in today’s urban world. Based on Titus 2:3-5, they believe in the older women teaching the younger ones to love and serve their husbands and children and be godly keepers of the home. Then, they seek to provide resources for you to do just that! I myself have benefited from their wonderful selection of books, their bread pans and cookware and I even bought a grain mill for myself with my Christmas money last year. Now we have wonderful, soft and delicious homemade 100 % whole wheat bread that does not taste like cardboard!!!! Because Marilyn’s famous whole wheat bread recipe makes several loaves and doesn’t have to rise twice, it is a snap to bake and I don’t have to make it very often. The only trouble is that it is now very hard to get my family to eat store bought bread!!!
