Karen, I attended your American Idle workshop yesterday and appreciated so much of what you said! You were right on about the things we need to do to stop replacing our worship of God with food. Ironically I just recently have started implementing several of the changes you suggested yesterday and was saying amen often throughout the workshop. Thanks again!
