Ah - barefoot blessings to you too, my friend.

I have raised a barefoot blessing, but she's still learning to keep those shoes on during Sunday School. Hmm...we're up to 2 out of 4 weeks where we don't have to hunt for those sandals when we pick her up. ;)

Barefooting is how all four of my children have spent their summers. I have to admit the only time I have regretted being so relaxed, is when they decided they should show off their little "run through the grass" green feet to visitors! :-O

Proverbs 31 Ministrie's update on Facebook this evening had your post. After looking at your site and seeing the books you have written... I can't believe I have every one of your books! I didn't purchase them all at the same time and didn't realize they were all written by the same author "you" until I just saw them all together here. Observant I am not. :) I love your books! I'm currently reading, "A Life That Says Welcome". Another excellent book!

Hope your last days of summer are blessed and full of barefooting adventures.

I don't even bother to put shoes on my kids during the summer. They just pull them off once outside. :) Enjoy the sunshine and warm air while it lasts!

Karen, we are headed out without shoes today, as well. Tonight, baths will be imperative but my children will sleep deep and well having felt the wonder of creation shining on their faces and underneath their feet. Enjoy your day!
