I am taking an unplanned blogging break this week. My uncle was found dead in his home last Thursday afternoon. So I am getting ready even now to take my mother to Kentucky to attend his funeral this week and will not have Internet access nor the time to devote to my site.

Please pray for a trip that glorifies God and for my family while I’m gone. Pray that I’ll be able to reflect Jesus to my mom’s family, many of whom I’ve never even met. I knew my uncle (and my aunt who passed away in July) and their youngest child, but have only met their older children once a long time ago.

Thank you all for your comments, prayers and encouragement here. I sometimes fear I might be wasting my time, but just when I do, I get an encouraging comment or email that keeps me going.

When I get back, I hope to have some interviews I’ve been meaning to get to as well as my third annual 12 Days of Christmas giveaway December 1-12. Mark your calendars now. Lots of cool people,  prizes and ideas!!!
