I just wanted to send a quick note of praise this morning :-) Just thanking our God, who never leaves us where we are. He walks this path with us and helps us up when we fall. I was feeling down about my eating over the holiday weekend, but after one day back at exercise and tracking calories, I am back down to my pre-holiday weight. I have 7 pounds to go to reach my goal weight. Yay!

I signed up on Renee Swope’s page. Thank you for this post. Doubt always rears its ugly head when I am least expecting it…..even though I know I am a pricess of the King. Thank you for your post today.

Hi Karen, I was not able to get on your page for several days. I have been having a lot of trouble with anxiety eating the last several days. I opened up my Chronological Bible (the one that Wendy Pope is leading) and there was the Song of Songs. Oh boy, I realized how much God loves me and does not want a wandering heart. I am ready to get back on track. I also signed up for Renee Swope’s daily devotionals and am looking forward to them. Have a blessed weekend.

I found this just when I needed it…God is so cool like that! I was having breakfast with a friend (turkey bacon and egg whites, of course!) yesterday and telling her that I am trying to do a “clean eating” lifestyle. But, I had to add that it scares me to mutter that out loud because I have tried and failed at so many “healthy” habits in the past!

      I certaintly need this book!
