Speed Cleaning Giveaway
I spied a tweet the other day that piqued my interest:
@karen_ehman, attended your “Keeping your Ducks in a Relative Row” workshop and decided to make a few cleaning aprons.
In attempting to live my priorities, and encourage others to do the same, I have adopted into my routine Speed Cleaning. (Okay, not so much lately as I’ve been busy trying to finish up my latest book project. Currently, well, let’s just say I am thanking the Lord that I have a man who doesn’t mind dishpan hands!
)
Speed Cleaning is a concept my friend Suzy introduced me to almost 20 years ago. It is based on the book by the same name and created by a man named Jeff Campbell.
Visit his site. His products are fabulous and worth every penny.
When I teach speed cleaning, I also show how to use a apron crafted to hold your supplies so you have everything right within reach and do not have to walk the perimeter of your home several times. (You know….go around and dust everything. Then take the window cleaner all around getting rid of the cute little finger prints. Next, take the all-purpose cleaner and clean the counters and sinks….etc… You get the time-wasting picture, right?)
Well, my new cyber friend Sheri, who heard me speak a few weeks ago at the Hearts at Home conference on the campus of Focus on the Family, has made some absolutely adorable cleaning aprons and has them for sale on Etsy.com. She is kind enough to give away one to a commenter today.
Here’s a bit about Sheri:
I am a military wife and homeschooling mom of 4. I fell in love with aprons about 14 years ago as a new Christian and new mom, listening to Elisabeth Elliot speak on Susanna Wesley covering her head with her apron to pray.
I just love the message wearing aprons conveys of home, love, comfort, etc. It’s like a homemaker’s uniform.
I love sewing any apron, I had made a similar design as a “cash” apron, and after hearing Karen’s Workshop on “Keeping Your Ducks in a Relative Row” I decided I needed my own cleaning apron, and since I recently started placing items in my etsy shop, I made some extras.
I will take custom orders and currently have free shipping with code SHIPFREE at http://www.etsy.com/shop/SheriMomto4
I love it. I love that she is using her passion to help others (like me, who can’t sew a straight seam) and earn some money at home for her family.
And, oh do I have a special place in my heart for military moms! Please check out her Esty site.
Okay girlfriends, leave us a comment today sharing your biggest cleaning headache.
Do you wrestle with your dirty floors?
Have an aversion to washing windows?
Can’t stand to keep up on keeping the fridge rid of rotten items that resemble a science project gone bad?
What is your greatest cleaning challenge?
You just may win a free apron.
Happy cobweb busting!

My biggest cleaning challenge seems to change weekly. I will get one challenge under control and find another one! Today it is laundry and changing out the sizes and seasons in the closets of three girls who are growing too fast! I want to be organized and tidy where it isn’t overwhelming.
I’ve recently moved into a new home. I am overwhelmed and trying to find creative ways to lighten my load so to speak! I would love to have a cleaning apron!
OK….I’m a slob. I can clean my house really really well one week…then the next week I slack off because I cleaned so hard the first week…then the NEXT week I tell myself that things don’t look “too bad”….and by the next week cleaning is SO much harder to do and takes me all day Saturday to do. I need to find a quick cleaning routine that I can do each week so that I’m not working myself to death one whole day
One of my biggest cleaning headaches has been the basement! Lots of STUFF stored down these from adult children, dirty from the woodstove that we use to heat our home and way too many Christmas decorations! In Sept. there was a flood in our area and we ended up with 2.5′ of ground (clear) water in our basement-ended up throwing out a lot of stuff and it is the cleanest it has been in the 30 years we’ve lived here! .
I absolutely DESPISE cleaning my bathroom, – UGH!!!!!
Seeing these aprons bring back such memories! My mother always made her own aprons and growing up she never cooked without one on. She even made one my size and my daughter used it when she went to Grandmama’s. My mother is 93 years old now and does not sew or wear aprons but what a wonderful memory today. Thanks so much. Wish I could sew as beautiful as she did. She used to make her curtains, bed skirts, clothes for her and me, even made me a coat when I was little!
Jane— Your comment made me smile
My biggest cleaning challenge is staying on top of it all! With 6 kids, husband overseas, and all the running that church school and sports involves…I have wanted to make my own apron numerous times, but I find myself sitting and thinking, I really should be….rather than sitting at the sewing machine! ; – ) An apron like that would definitely come in handy, though, to be able to walk around and get it all in one swipe! Thanks so much for your ministry!
Jennifer
My biggest cleaning headache is m
My biggest challenge seems to be my clothes!! When I am finally getting into my jammies–I am to tired to put things away!! I am also not great at keeping the fridge clean–Hoping an apron might help me change!!!! Blessings, Barb
I dislike dusting the most!
Getting to it at all! I clean for a living so I’m not at all motivated to do my own!
Kinda like my dad, who was a fabulous cook and owned a restaurant yet never had anything to eat at his house for us kids but Cherrios.
Oops – my biggest cleaning headache is most definitely the floors. I think it’s because they seem to get dirty right after I clean them! I’ve tried putting rugs by the doors, having the family take off their shoes, etc. The dog doesn’t seem to help either. Help!
These days my greatest cleaning challenge seems to be cleaning clutter; paperwork, to be exact. I don’t understand it, but in this modern age of computers, I seem to collect MORE paper than I ever have. Many of the companies I deal with print out receipts large enough to write a small book on! While I try to stay ahead of the accumulation, it always gets away from me. And yes, honestly, I just finished cleaning out a drawer and tossing out paperwork that we no longer need.
My biggest cleaning challenge is the Kitchen Floor. We live on a farm and it does not matter how many times I sweep the floor every evening they are covered with dust and straw. My boys also like to leave the door open and their pet Turkey likes to find his way in.
Time, kids, life, and ….. CLUTTER!
My biggest cleaning challenge is the kitchen. 4 kids and homeschooling keeps me really busy so the kitchen gets out of control very fast.
Cleaning….the whole idea is a challenge because I would rather have fun than clean!!! Dusting is a challenge I think I’m in the dustiest house ever, I dust and not even 30 minutes later there is a layer of dust! Aprons take me back to family times when my grandmother did everything: clean, cook and always wore an apron, and sewed everything. Unfortunately the sewing didn’t get passed down to my mom or to me. I wish it had it is such an art! But the love of aprons did and just like my grandma and my mom, I wear them all the time, and now my 8 yr. old daughter has her own and loves to wear them to help me.
A cleaning apron would be wonderful so the supplies would be right on hand!!
My cleaning challenge is cleaning itself. I think am a good cook and would rather spend my time cooking rather than cleaning.
Via email:
Karen,
I am blessed with a man who doesn’t mind helping around the house. That said, we never run out of laundry piles for me to fold. He is like a laundry washing robot.
Thankful to have the helping hand, Anna Bracken from Missouri
My biggest problem seems to be the fact that my family thinks the house is a “self-cleaning” one
They do not realize it does not clean itself unless I get sick…then it gets noticed. Laundry and toy clutter are big challenges also. I think they “multiply” at night while we sleep.
My biggest challenge these days is getting motivated to clean at all!
My biggest challenge is that I’ve never been a particularly neat person, but I married a total slob and now have two kids two and under! This has really motivated me to step up my game; my house isn’t perfect, and probably never will be, but it’s slowly but surely becoming more functional day by day.
I dislike cleaning but embrace the idea of speed cleaning!! Would love the apron! I too love aprons and have a closet full but not one like this!! Thanks!!
I am currently reading your book A Life That Says Welcome and loved the apron idea! My biggest challenge is clutter that accumulates on the kitchen counter and desk areas.
I clean for a living so when i get home i start to look around and notice that my house is not as spotless as the ones i clean. I also clean an office three times a week in the evenings,so i do not have that much time to clean mine like i would like to. I only have mondays and wednesdays to clean do laundry and cook meals. My garage needs to be decluttered! Who has the time.! I thank you for the apron idea and by reading everyones comment i am glad i am not alone. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I absolutely adore aprons! After my husband and I bought our home, the first thing I got was an apron (which I wear whenever I cook). I’ve even left the house numerous times with apron on accidentally. There is just something so homey about a nice apron. My greatest cleaning challenge would have to be the basement. It is unfinished and houses my washer, dryer and tons of cobwebs. I fully clean/wash/dust the basement twice a year but it also requires constant upkeep to make it nicely usable. In fact, I’m due for another basement cleaning soon. Yuck!
My biggest challenges are keeping up with the floors and also paper clutter. I could vacuum every day (though I don’t) and it wouldn’t be enough! And once I let the papers begin to pile up on my desk or counter, it seems like a losing battle. I need all the helpful suggestions I can get!
oh my….i’m so overwhelmed by it all…..i need all the help i can get….i have a 22 and 18 yr old daughters …..and my house stays a wreck. it’s so depressing…and i have all good intentions and think about it and it just overwhelms me…i can’t do it all!!! no way! so it just doens’t get done. my biggest chore is the whole house!!
Cleaning has never been top on my list. I can spend the morning cleaning and by evening the fruits of cleaning are already beginning to be covered up. We have a house that continues to have foundation issues and even after spending thousands of $$$ on piers and repairs, the cracks in the walls somehow come back. I find it hard to be joyfull in the midst of a house that continues to be a money pit. Please pray for my attitude, it is not very good. We are looking at another $5,400 in piers to be put in on a very tight budget. I find it hard to continue to pray about this. I feel God is not listening. The aprons are darling, thank you for your post Karen. I need help keeping focused on the blessings not the big cracks in my walls.
I love the inching along apron…it pretty much describes my journey in housekeeping. Thankful for a patient family to serve!
Paper… Too much of it coming in (schoolwork, bills, newspapers, magazines, junk mail, etc…) It keeps piling up. Not sure where/how to save the bills and schoolwork. They just keep stacking up until I get frustrated, put it in a laundry basket, hide it in my closet and ‘think’ my house is clean! Ugh….. Wish I weren’t so sentimental about some things.
Lately with an almost 5 year old, an almost 3 year old, and a very demanding 7 month old my whole house has been a mess. And I can barely see straight to even think about how I’m going to dig out of it. This week, I’ve dedicated to climbing the mountain and regaining control of my home, but wouldn’t you know it, last night the baby woke every hour and 1/2 and I’m wiped out. Maybe if I can sort through the piles of paper at the least, I will have accomplished something today?
My biggest challenge are the floors. My husband and I are taking over my son’s home. They have laminate flooring all throughout the family room and hallway and beautiful ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. Why are they challenging? I don’t own a mop of any kind at all. No Swiffer floor cleaners, no steam mops, nada. How do I clean them you ask? On my tush. I have a plastic tub of cleaning solution along with a brush or sponge that I keep on a towel and as I slide along, I pull my towel along with me and do the floors a little bit at a time. I could go out and buy me a cheap mop but I am saving up to get me a really nice steam cleaner and I will have it someday. In the meantime, I slide along.
My mom ALWAYS wore an apron. When she passed away 2 years ago, each of her daughters (all 5 of us) took an apron. Just this weekend in the midst of cleaning out all my drawers, I found it-it brought back a ton of memories-smiles and tears to be honest with you. I love the pockets on these aprons!
My biggest challenge are the floors. My bathroom floor is always covered in hair because I lose more than most people have, my wood floors stay dusty, and my kitchen floor show signs of my dogs paws. I only have one rug that I have to vaccuum everything else is wood or tile. I would love cleaning ideas for my wood floors.
my biggest cleaning challenge is getting through the clutter of toys all over the floor and piles of laundry so that I can actually get to the “real” cleaning. LOL Also, we have a walkout basement, so our living room windows are too high up off the ground to wash on the outside.
OH MY I really need help …thank you for giving me the opportunity to win this!!!
What a great apron!!! Dusting and mopping are my biggest cleaning woes. That and windows, but we wont’ even go there!
Hmmm, tough to pick just one cleaning challenge! The basement seems to be a collecting area where things are put out of sight, out of mind. Sure wish there was a trick to keeping things from piling up! Also, papers, papers, papers! So much junk mail arrives each day and stacks up on the kitchen desk! Taking the time to file away important papers doesn’t happen often enough.
my master bedroom seems to be in a constant state of chaos! Keeping it clean and finding a place for everthing. We live in an older home with a not so big master closet….so it is hard to get and stay organized and clean. Love your books!!
My greatest cleaning challenge is finding the time to do it. It seems that everything else in life keeps me busy and so I never have the house as clean as I (& my husband) would like it to be. It seems like it is a never ending battle to keep it clean. I am a full time college student with a 15 year old BOY at home and my 21 year old daughter and 2 year old granddaughter live in an apartment in our walkout basement and spend a fair amount of time in our home. This along with living in a very dusty region makes it near impossible. I know, I know…”I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Well, I wish He would strengthen a few others in my house. :0)
Thanks for all your pointers and encouragement Karen!!!
I could REALLY use one of these aprons! I always find myself upstairs with my cleaning stuff downstairs or vice versa…. It’s a problem.
My biggest challenge is trying to get back to being organized and neat. Up until I started caring for my Mom about 8 years ago, I was neat, clean and on top of things. That all slowly started to change with beginning to care for my Mom. As her needs increased my time decreased but my responsibilities here at home didn’t. There was a period of time that I scheduled my life around Mom’s doctor appts……………sometimes there would be 4 in a week. That left little time for home stuff plus I worked one day a week and had 6 grandkids that I loved spending time with. Over the course of years, it became necessary to put the “I’ll take care of it when I can” plan into play. I shut my eyes to the disorganization that was happening because Mom was a priority. She has been gone almost 2 years now and I am still looking at a home that is not in order and that causes me much anxiety. I have been caring for 4 of my granddaughters several times a week because their Mom had to go to work and they are all homeschooled and all have dance classes that I have to get them to when they are here. So the “free” time that opened up with the passing of Mom was quickly filled with grand girlies. I have come to the realization that God has given me all these things for a reason……and I think it’s time to give up my ” Martha” complex without giving up the orderliness of my home. So, I have to learn how to work efficiently with the time that I have. Thanks for the good tips today and thanks for the chance at winning that cool apron.
My worst cleaning woe is keeping my refrigerator and freezer cleaned out. I hate, hate, hate to do that job. I would love to have an apron. I sort of collect them. I have some that my mother used to wear and had she lived, she would be almost 101 years old.
Keeping up with the kitchen floor is my challenge. Well- who am I kidding- it’s all floors! Ha ha ha
Clutter. Clutterclutterclutter. I try to hold tight to the “Don’t put it down, put it away” concept that I learned from you, but some old dogs {ahem} in this house is having a hard time being retrained.
My biggest cleaning is everywhere! We have 4 kids and live in a single wide mobile home at the moment. Not enough space. I don’t like cleaning the bathroom!
Great apron & awesome idea for carrying around cleaning supplies.
Not dusting seems to be the thing never gets done–somehow those dust bunnies grow & multiply into dust elephants! We are moving this weekend, so, it would be great to start out in our new place with a new cleaning apron.
Jodie
Love these aprons…always wear an apron in the kitchen…never thought about cleaning in one…..would love to win a new pretty apron…
since I moved to tx, my biggest challenge has been up…everything over arm level. The ceiling are so high here. I am pretty sure once your lightbulbs burn out you just need to sell and start over…Holly (typing in the dark and looking for a realtor…)
My biggest cleaning challenge is running around after my dog. You see, he’s part chow and so he sheds EVERYWHERE!!! Plus he drags in mud from the backyard and so it seems my floors always need mopping and/or vacuuming. Or at least I thought he was a challenge until I read about the pet turkey. And then there’s the laundry. I don’t mind throwing it in the washer and dryer so much, it’s the folding and hanging that I have a hard time getting to. If I let it pile up on my dresser then it joins all the paper clutter. *sigh*
To tell you the truth, I do enjoy chores (wierd, I know!) but I think I am overscheduled and so have no time to do them. I think my chores will become easier and more enjoyable once I learn to say “no” to other commitments. After God I have three, no wait four, priorities in my life (which all are God-things too) plus my family and if it doesn’t fit in those priorities I’m going to stop and pray before saying “yes!” even if they appear to be good and Godly things at first glance. A girl can dream, can’t she?
I have 2 challenges: Every baseboard in my house is white. Impossible to keep clean.
My biggest challenge is my house is 3 stories. Remembering to carry the supplies I need from one floor to the next is not always easy. Granted, going up and down the steps is good exercise, but I could really use an apron to help me be more efficient. If I’m more efficient at home, I can spend more time writing or at the gym.
My biggest cleaning challenge is keeping all of the clutter in order. Thanks for the chance to win!
The KITCHEN is defiantly my biggest mountain . Open living concepts really make the kitchen a dumping ground for the family. Hopefully that will change as I am moving ONE week from today! EKK!! Also , I heard Karen speak today and LOVE the Brain in a Binder , but can’t find the Simple Tools to Download link. Help!
I have a hard time keeping the tile floor mopped. As soon as I’m done there is more dog drool. I know one day I’m going to miss that so I don’t really mind, I just don’t mop as much as I should. I scatter paper towels on the floor a lot. Very Cute Aprons!
My house is far from spotless, but I enjoy cleaning.I would love to feel pretty cleaning in a new apron.
I have a hard time keeping up with mopping the tile floor. As soon as I’m done the dog drool re-appears. One day I’m going to miss that, so I don’t mind, I just don’t mop that often.
Very cute aprons!
I clean houses for a living, so my own house has always been last on the priority list. This year however I have been purposeful about getting organized and keeping my house “picked” up. I have taught my boys to clean the bathrooms once a week, also once a day they have to have NOF (nothing on floor) in their bedrooms. When the kids went back to school in September I took the opportunity to purge, declutter and get organized. It has been a process but I have come a long way and feel so much less stress. We are working as a family to live with less, we have motivation now to do so, as we have decided to leap into the foster care system and someday hope to adopt children so we have no choice but to make more room for more people. So to sum it up my biggest challenge has been decluttering and organization, but all the effort has been worth it.
I’m finally getting into a routine of cleaning. As I have been asking God first thing in the morning to help me set my agenda; He’s been giving me balance where I am not over or under doing it and then feeling stressed and anxious through it all. I definitely can relate to running all around the house trying to grab cleaning supplies etc. so the idea of a multi-use apron is just wonderful! What a beautiful gift Sheri has too!
Love ya!
I just can’t seem to move as fast as I use to. My house was never dirty in the past. Now my biggest obstacle seems to be vacuuming. I really need to win this—I need some incentive. Regardless, I love your website and all the great advice and opportunities that you give to us.
It depends on when you catch me on how I will answer what is my biggest cleaning obstacle. Right now just about everything
. But I’m catching up. I think over all the biggest obstacles are my hardwood floors & the bathrooms. I can do a quick speed clean & get the house straightened up but the floors & bathrooms take a lot of time.
I would have to say dusting is my biggest challenge. I dust and a few hours later it’s back again – I just don’t see a point!
Thanks for the pictures of the cute aprons. Having one of these might motivate me to clean more often than just when company is coming! HaHa
The paper work … bills, correspondence, school homework, notes from school … I just can’t seem to get a handle on it.
Keeping window blinds clean. In the bathroom they get wet and the dust…
Dusting; I wish I had a tip on how to do it and it not be back in minutes. It seeems futile. I’d love the apron.
Two big challenges paper clutter and a basement storeroom.
We have well water that is very high in iron, and leaves stains in my toilets, shower, tub, dishwasher, etc. I try to be as “green” as I can, so cleaning these stains without lots of chemical help is difficult.
I went to a mother-daughter banquet with my mom-in-law several years ago and the speaker’s topic was aprons – they remind me of my grandma! My biggest headache – dust. It never really goes away. It just hides until you’re not looking then spreads itself out over everything again.
My biggest challenge is the clutter that collects when I’m not looking! The next would be the bathroom. I think I just get tired of doing it over and over… Other areas don’t wear on me as much as those.
My biggest cleaning challenges (oh yes, there are many) include the fact that the rest of the family does not mind clutter and they leave their personal possessions everywhere (hard to CLEAN around their clutter, so I spend most of my time picking up their stuff before I can clean) and scrubbing bathtubs, tile, and grout, especially with the hard water deposits that come with our well water. I cope with the above challenges one week a month (during PMS) by figuratively tearing my hair out, screaming at the family, and/or filling the trash can with their stuff that has been left out (not proud of any combination of these approaches). The other three weeks a month, I go out of my way to thank God that I have a family who is alive and well to make a mess; and thank God that I have clean, running water, which so many in this world do not have access to. (I probably should start praying for God to help me cope better that other week of the month, huh?)
My cleaning challenge is the dishes, the laundry, and the coffee table clutter of papers. I am a mother of a wonderful 2 year old and work full time. I am not good at putting up the dishes to load the machine again, same thing with the laundry… I wash, dry, but don’t put up, the paper on the coffee table just keeps on piling high! Working on it though.
My most dreaded job is cleaning out the refrigerator. I just hate it! Which probably explains why it’s such an awful job for me, as I continually put it off, or only do a cursory cleaning when what I really need to to do is take everything out and ONLY put back in what I will actually use! I don’t even have much of an excuse, since I have been unemployed for a year. I should have lots of time, right?
BATHROOMS!!! YUCK! Not as bad as it was when I had 2 boys at home (one off to college now)… but still… UGH! Someone needs to come up with an automated bathroom cleaner, you know, kind of like the Roomba that vacuums and the new Mint that mops. I want something you put inside the bathroom, turn on, and shut the door. When a little tune plays, you open the door, and presto chango, a sparkling clean bathroom!
I HATE CLEANING SHOWERS……TILE, GROUT, DOORS, UGH. My dream home will just be a hose hanging over something in a big old concrete room with nothing to clean. Sure it won’t be pretty but think of all the mental energy I will save not thinking about grout!
I absolutely do not know where to put anything. I will take things off the table, clean the table and then put everything back. Same goes for the bathroom sink area. Same for my desk. Same for the counter. Would love the apron!!
My shower!!!! It is just one of those that stay looking clean!!! AHHHHHH but oh well, I will just keep trying!!!
I LOVE to cook and bake, but I really don’t like to wash floors, and that can be a problem because I’m not the neatest person. I also am a “pack rat”. I hate to throw things out, because you never know – I might use it someday. So, another problem – clutter. One thing I do love to do is clean bathrooms – I love the sparkling mirrors and countertops , plus the “clean” smell after I’m done!
My biggest struggle is definitely the horizontal window blinds. I have wished a million times that our home had shutters so that I could just dust and go. Would love the apron. I too adore them and think they bring such a sense of home and family. This one would be extra appreciated for its ability to make cleaning easier and speedy.
I was just looking for something exactly like this to help with my cleaning chores!
My biggest cleaning challenge is keeping up with my carpets & wood floors thatare visited every day, every hour, with a dog & a cat that both shed!! Keeping my floors clean is a 2 to 3 times per day chore!! I’ve almost considered getting rid of the animals, but that seems too harsh! Any ideas???
My biggest cleaning challenge is keeping my bathrooms cleaned and all the clutter that just seems to get thrown around. If you came and visited today, I would be to embarassed to let you in the door. My home lately seems like a bomb exploded in it. I have no motivation in cleaning anything…but when I am in the mood to do cleaning it is the bathrooms. May each of you have a blessed day!
I’m horrible with keeping up with my refrigerator – could have some science projects in there but my biggest pain is keeping the shelves wiped down…
Clutter and floors …. hard to clean the floors with toy trucks and play food everywhere, and by the time we get it all cleaned up it’s about a week later. So hard to stay on schedule – I feel as if I always have to choose: do I have the kids finish putting away their toys or stop and do devotions, because no matter how early we start we’re late for bedtime. Ugh!
via email: One of my biggest cleaning headaches is my gas stove. It is truely a challenge.
Eunice Unruh
Oh my, with 2 little girls in the house, keeping my floors clean is a big challenge. I could use an apron. (and a housekeeper)
Oh my. My greatest cleaning challenge is the CLUTTER! It keeps multiplying, making it even harder to clean.
Thanks for this kind opportunity!
My biggest cleaning challenge is the futility of it. It is so hard to stay motivated when it can be undone so quickly. I totally relate to the saying, “Cleaning house while the kids are still growing is like shoveling snow while it’s still snowing.” : )
I love aprons, too! Thanks for such a great giveaway!
The floors; they just attract… well, everything! Wood floors clean – check! Wait – the two-year old’s bowl of cereal just mysteriously slipped off the table! Carpet vacuumed – check! But two boys just came running in from the yard, and, oh, the baby’s spit up hit the mark! I just don’t have enough time to keep up with it all. Right now, there are sticky, clumpy spots of unknown origin on the kitchen floor… might as well wait until after breakfast! I must say I truly love my steam mop, though.
DUSTING! I put it off till till the dust bunnies start hopping.
I don’t know what it is, but I cannot stand to clean the bathroom. It’s the one area that I always leave until last, and even then, I try to enlist my husband’s help. He’s gotten really good at cleaning the tub and shower! As for cleaning the rest of the house, I have definitely perfected the art of speed cleaning since I have 17 month old twins running around. It’s all about how fast and how efficiently I can clean nowadays! By the way, those aprons are so cute!
Well, let’s see… my biggest cleaning challenge is getting it done. I don’t really like any of it although I feel better when my house is clean. I’m really not good at doing windows and the main part of the house gets dusted, but my bedroom is pretty bad. I need a better system!
Rebecca Ann
Right now my biggest challenge is a tie between the kitchen floor (thanks to my 2, outside loving kids
) and our master bath (thanks to no one ever seeing it!). I just can’t find motivation to clean and mop a floor that will look terrible again in 5mins. And do all the hairs on the bathroom floor really matter if hubby doesn’t complain about them?? *Sigh* Maybe these need to go on my list today…even if it’s the “Soon” list and not the “Today” list
I hate to mop & would love to win the apron!!
Blessings,
Janet W.
My biggest challenge changes on a regular basis. Right now it is making the time to clean. Though I love a clean house, it just isn’t a priority anymore! I had gotten pretty good about doing small jobs and keeping up with it all until this school year and the whole thing has gone down the drain! Yikes…I keep hoping that the cleaning fairies will make an appearance while I am away! So far no luck!
My biggest challenge for this week would be dusting…then bathrooms. However, It changes week to week. I can’t seem to get the dust under control. I feel like I’d have to dust every day just to keep it under wraps. Maybe I should start to de-clutter soon O.o This apron would be a great win!! Thanks for this op.
I don’t mind dishes or cleaning the bath tub….but I HATE doing laundry. Wouldn’t be such a problem if I didn’t like wearing clean clothes but I just gotta have clean underwear!
I discovered your blog website on google and check a number of of your early posts. Proceed to maintain up the very good operate. I simply extra up your RSS feed to my MSN News Reader. Seeking forward to reading more from you afterward!…swiss watches cheap
