We are planning to sell our house and move after living here for 14 years. I feel like I go 3 steps forward and 2 steps back. I feel totally lost as I go through what I thought was our organized life. Kids don’t want anything now that they have moved on …. I have given plenty away to Boy’s Ranch Thrift Store. Plenty has gone into the garbage .. and looking forward to Fargo’s clean up week to let more go. Still — feeling like pulling my hair out.

Cynthia, I admire you for taking on responsbilities of marraige and motherhood so early. From what you say, I do imagine it can get lonely. What I know is if you pray for God to provide you with good friends, he will. Btu dont feel like you made the wrong decisions to marry or be a mum, and to take those responsibilities seriously. You are cultivating some thing that will last and impact society. May God help you find like minded friends.

I could use some advice from anyone. I do plan on getting Mommy Diaries to help me. I am 22 years old. I am married, just celebrated my 3 year wedding anniversary. I have two children (my husband is the father of both). They are both girls. One is 9 months and the other is 2 years old. I have been hearing that it gets easier as they get older and I hear it gets worse. What do you think? I know that God is working in my life and will help me through things but, being this young with children, I feel like I have no friends to talk to. Relationships are crumbling around me. I have lost so many friends because I am married with children and they like to party. I don’t feel that I should party just because i’m young. I feel pressured daily to just give up and stop caring. I need peace. God drew me to this website and I know that it was for a reason. Thank you.

Hi Ladies!

I too went off Facebook about a year ago and it I LOVE not having to check things or feel like I have to “post” about my life. It’s so freeing! I’ve also “unsubscribed” to most of the feeds for blogs that was taking up my time to read. Although all of those mediams were great recources, God has led me to just spend time on the things that are truly important in my life. Namely, the Bible and my family!

Terri, I am glad to know that I am not the only one that has walked away from facebook.. I also miss it, but I know that is what the Lord wanted me to do.. I now have more time to spend with my kids and to do things for my husband.
