Thank you, thank you! I quite understand the accountability factor and the power do prayer for success in our lives!! I am hankering to start a Pray and Weigh in our community, would it be alright to use your wording for that? I know several people that have had great success with WW but don’t always have the finances to keep up with it, this is definatly something I would like to share with my bible study groups!!

Just watched the video. So true what you said about losing weight. I lost weight the same way. Baby steps. I started walking, eating less (counting calories for a short time to get a better perspective on how many calories are actually in the foods I would just pick up and eat, between meals especially). I’ve kept my weight off for almost two years now. I still walk several times a week (3 miles each time) I try running but can only do two or three minutes at a time. I did have a weight loss “buddy” and we encouraged one another along the way. I also had a list of Bible verses that were encouraging for me along the way.

Wow Karen…What an inspirational video. I so enjoyed it and it touched my heart. I too need to lose 100 pounds and feel like I need to start right now…today…like you said small steps. Thank you for the encouraging video. I am also in my second year of homeschooling my children and of course I put my entire family first with very little time for me…..which I need to change. Thanks again.

Wow….I’m just seeing this. My story is long….I struggle with my weight; pastors wife and I feel like my life is showing undisciplined life! not Christ. I’m doing Atkins and have lost 13 lbs in 5 weeks. I have alot more to go. Any advise for me? I sure could use some.

I am so proud of you!! I found your website from opening up the Prov 31 -She speaks -women and am delighted to know your story. I have just lost 10 lbs with WW and would like to loose 15 more to be at my healthy wt so you are an encouragement that I wil pass on to my friends who are also in WW with me. I love reading your entries and getting to know you even over here while I’m at our beaches in California!!
