From the Land of Sleep Deprevation…
Well, this is not the post I’d planned on today.
I’d planned on posting some pictures from the wonderful Hugs and Kisses event I was part of Friday at Peace Lutheran Church in Shelby Township. However, I forgot my camera.
I planned on giving some creative Valentine’s Day ideas to you that we have done over the years. But we had a busy weekend with Todd’s sister visiting for her birthday and deciding to stay longer, which was a treat for us. I just didn’t feel like writing.
I planned on getting up early, reading my Bible, working out and then writing a post before anyone in the family woke up. However, Spencer turned green around the gills just as we were going to bed last night. To make a long story short…from 11:00 pm to 6:15 am, he was up at least eleven times tossing his cookies like I’ve never seen. I never fell asleep until after 6:30 am.
My brain hurts. I only have energy enough to congratulate Trinity Mommy, the winner of the weekend giveaway. Email me at [email protected] and give me your mailing address so I can ship out your free book and yummy chocolate.
In the mean time, I am going to attempt to do the next thing; once I figure out which way is up!
Sleep-deprived Blessings,
Karen
Hey Karen, I only have a minute but wanted to contact you for a couple of things. One was I was so blessed by you at She Speaks last year. Thank you. Also, the year before you daughter, I believe, signed Generations by Sara Groves. I have a post on my website about generational sin and have that song posted. I would love to post your daughter instead of what I have, her presentation was so powerful. If you are interested and could post it on you tube or I would love to upload it for my article.
Let me know sometime. Hope people feel better.
I hope everyone in your household is feeling MUCH better soon! We all had a yucky tummy virus a few weeks ago and I know it can be rough! Praying for your family :)
I hope you get some rest!
Blessings,
Kate :)
