Turning Your Piles into Files
Piles of papers?
Your papers? The kids papers?
Yeah. Me too.
Head over to my friend Kathi Lipp’s place where she is featuring three sites on home management that she loves and mine is one. (Aww….thanks!)
These sites are showcasing some free printables for you today and I’m giving my instructions for my paper-pile busting system for setting up a “Brain in a Binder”.
Oh….and we are giving away three organizing books including a copy of my book The Complete Guide to Getting and Staying Organized

It’s fantastic to see such a useful post. Has anyone ever wondered how to merge two PDF files online? I have, and found a simple service. I mostly use AltoMerge to merge PDF files. You can easily merge your documents here

common issues, The site taste is great, the articles is in point
of fact excellent : D. Excellent job, cheers
Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you
know a few of the images aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think
its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different web browsers
and both show the same results.
Karen, Thanks for the suggestions. The paper monster has just about covered me up. Don’t know why I have such a hard time throwing anything away but I do. The “I might’s-as in wear or need or I remember when, etc.” get in the way everytime. I really like the note book idea – at least some information could be found. Husband would be a very happy man if I could get a handle on this problem. I look forward to trying some of your suggestions. I will also put a list of people I send Christmas cards to -maybe I won’t realize after Christmas that I left someone out.
Need help organizing I would love to win one of these books and thanks for the great ideas. Everything seems to be a clutter even my planner. Blessings
Very interesting – millions of women need this support
Maybe you should help us analyze why we are keeping tons of piles to file…
Good idea!
I need serious help! I am turning into Hoarders, Jr!!! My goal is getting rid of something everyday and it’s doing OK, but not fast enough. Trying hard.

Karen,
Thank you for the reminder of your Brain in a Binder. I’ve already put the supplies on my shopping list. I’ve also downloaded Anna Moseley’s Cleaning Checklist to put in the sheet protector in front.
Do you incorporate tracking family & friends’ birthdays in the Binder, or do you use a separate method?
Blessings,
Becca
I do on the years I put an 8 1/2 x 11 calendar in the front. Other years I have a separate planner.
