It’s been on my heart lately to show appreciation to my son’s volunteer coaches for pee wee basketball, tournament basketball, Upward basketball & little league baseball. My son was shocked when I told him they don’t get paid for those positions, but volunteer something very precious that they can’t get back–their time. I gave them all a shout out on Facebook, but maybe I can do more over time.
I would like to sprinkle some kindness on my daughter who is a single mom of 4 beautiful children. She also is a special education teacher who loves those children also and does whatever she can to help them. Her hours are long and tiring and she could use some kindness. She will be teaching summer school too that starts the day after regular school is out.
