Pumpkin Dip & Gingersnaps


Want a seasonal treat to take to church, school, or an office party? Here is a yummy and simple recipe that also has an adorable presentation. It will draw rave reviews!

Pumpkin Dip & Gingersnaps


One-and-a-half blocks cream cheese, softened

2 C. powdered sugar


Add in:

15 ounces canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

2 t. pumpkin pie spice ( or 1 t. cinnamon, 1/2 ginger, 1/4 t. nutmeg, 1/8 t. allspice, 1/8 t. ground cloves)


Place in a small pie pumpkin (not a jack-o-lantern pumpkin) that has had the top cut off and been hollowed out.
