What is the serving size?
I made this yesterday and it is DELICIOUS! In fact, it’s so good that I have a hard time believing it’s only 35 calories! Thank you, thank you for this recipe!
A 10-ounce container of Truwhip has 750 calories, and 1/2 cup of low-fat milk has 51 calories, so without the chocolate, the total is 801 calories. If there are 8 servings, I think each serving has 100 calories, not 35.
I too am also very confused
YES! It’s not 35 calories as advertised. I made a whole container thinking I could have it in one sitting and once I did my own math realized just how many calories the recipe actually is.
How much is a serving? 1/2 cup, 1 cup? It sounds so good and I am having so much trouble just finding things that are low calorie and low carb (not KETO) Dr. said NO to that! My husband and I have each lost about 66 lbs. but, I am running out of ideas. I’m open to suggestions! Thanks…
Can this recipe be done without the truewhip?
