12 Days of Christmas Kindness – Day Eight
It’s Day Eight of 12 Days of Christmas Kindness, giving simple and doable ideas for reaching out to others during the Christmas season. If you’re just joining us, catch up on each day here.
For Day Eight, let’s send some social media love!
Today’s challenge is one you can do right from the warmth of your home. Simply let some love fly from your fingertips as you tell five people on social media what you love most about them. Be sure to use lots of emojis.
Now for today’s giveaway!!!
Today I’m joined by my friend, the hospitable and domestically talented Logan Wolfram. She is a plate-juggling mom and interior decorator turned writer, speaker, and author. Logan’s first book, Curious Faith; Rediscovering Hope in the God of Possibility was released earlier this year and she currently has a fun free ebook available called Winter Warmers that contains both recipes to warm your tummy and stories to warm your heart. You can connect also with Logan on Facebook Instagram, and Twitter.
Logan’s Day Four Giveaway is a signed copy of her Curious Faith book, a hand-painted 5×7 print of Psalm 31:24 (yes, painted by Logan herself!) a “Curious” key necklace, and a copy of one of her favorite books for devotional use: “The Secrets of the Secret Place” by Bob Sorge.

The only way to use social media is for doing good for others.
What an easy way to spread joy to others! Love it!
If I didn’t use lots of emojis they’d wonder who was posting LOL ???
It is so important to love yourself and to love others on a daily basis! Scatter the kindness! Hope to win!

Great way to uplift people. Help them have a better day. I texted my kids and grand daughter. Think I will do my best friends and others that have cancer and need a little uplifting. Thank you!
Positive idea for social media! :)
I’m amazed how many ways there are to show the love of Jesus at this time of year…thank you for bringing these ideas to all of us – some that I had not thought of!!
This is a great idea and may brighten someone’s day.
social media share the love
YES! I have a bunch of friends who are going through tough times and I’ve been trying to reach out to them with some positive light. They are beautiful and worth so much than anyone can ever imgaine.
I really like this idea and think it is a great way to let your friends know how speical they are to you !!!!
What a refreshing idea for lifting someone’s spirits today.
You can always brighten someone’s day with simple words of love and lots of kindness! ! Go spread some love ?
I am in love with this idea! I just did 2 people and thinking and praying for the next three!!!
Definitely like this simple act. So much on social media is negative. Hopefully we can help turn the tide. Can you imagine if each of our 5 people reached out positively to 5 people on social media who in turned positively reached out to 5 more, etc? How epic would that be?
Love the ideas, I don’t do social media, as I don’t have the time for that, but I love to give people compliments, especially people I don’t know, like in a check out line, at eh gas station ect.
This is something I do often. DM and texting friends to thank them or wish them a good day or happy week!
And this giveaway package looks really fun!
Let’s block out the fake news with true news!
All of these are great reminders that there are many hurting people that need some kindness scattered!
We need to be showing love and positive thought on social media every day of the year. So much negativity everywhere we look.
Great positive way to use social media!!
Temps in our area are plummeting this week. ?? This is a perfect way to share love while hibernating. Thank you ????
With all the negativity on social media today, it is refreshing to share kindness instead!
