  1. I made cookies for my neighbors in my apartment complex last week. I could have eaten 80 cookies, but thought my neighbors would like them.

  2. This one was special! I did a couple things for neighbors but the most special part was doing this day with my kids. They made Christmas cards and I baked cookies. We took them to a local nursing home and met a few of the residents there. It was an eye opener for my kids and a wonderful time to talk about the elderly and how we need to treat them and how we should always be respectful to adults, especially the elderly. I shared with the kids that they can show respect in very simple ways such as smiling, holding the doors, offering assistance to the elderly and it really got their little minds thinking! Thank you Karen for getting us together as a family to do this day of kindness!

  3. What a very tangible way to honor someone that has no one or has lost someone. Fantastic! Now to put it into action. :)

  4. Went to elderly neighbors help him decorate his house inside and out for Christmas. He also want to make Christmas cookies so I went to store for him pick up the stuff then helped him make lots of cookies
