  1. We often eat at Buffalo Wild Wing’s on Wednesdays because kids eat for $1.49, drink included!!!! Our server is usually a young free spirit named Francine. I left her cookies with one of your “You rock at your job” notes!

  2. We had a snow storm this past weekend when this started, so I didn’t get out and give treats to the cashier, etc… I will get on it this week. Thank you for such fantastic ideas! :)

  3. I gave the aldi cashier a container of dark chocolate sea salt caramel that I had just purchased. She was in shock and very thankful

  4. Picked up a box of fresh Boo-Berry-Muffins from Bojangles for our early morning custodial staff who open the school & get us off to a good start to the day by having everything ready to go.

  6. I am going to give a small gift of lotion to the ladies at the front desk of my mother-in-laws senior apartment. They do an awesome job of welcoming everyone and making them feel at home.

  7. Today my necessary people were the UPS man who comes to our office almost daily..although I had everything ready today..and with the holidays..he had a fill in lol. So the new guy got a treat! And my co-workers..they are very much necessary!

  9. The necessary people are all around us! We come in contact with them all day and most times never think twice about them and what our life would be without them. Since reading Listen, Love, Repeat, I look at them in a different light. I try to say thank you more often and I love that you picked this as one of your 12 Days of Christmas Kindness. I was feeling poor yesterday so I didn’t get a chance to give mine out, but I will make it up!

  10. The necessary people in my life are the ones who help my husband and I on Tuesday evenings. They help by serving food to 40 people, teach, clean up, play outside with the kids and just be there to help care for the people in the small, poor neighborhood by our mission church. We couldn’t do the ministry without them. So next week we’re having a small get together at our house.

  11. LOVE this idea! Many times I’ve thought about someone who went out of their way to help. This is a great way to gift back.
