That is such a great idea!! I have given Devotionals but need to do more
Would love to read her new book
I just got The Passion translation Bible… It’s like a love letter from the Lord.
My favorite Bible to give is the Life Application Bible. I gave a new one to my sister last year. Over the years I have found many encouraging devotional books to give. It depends on the person th whom I am giving the gift. Thank you for the suggestions on your helpful list!
This year I bought my son the Billy Graham Devotional for kids! I can’t wait to read it to him every single day! I hope to continue to build his love for Jesus day by day!
Great list of books…wonderful suggestions in the comments too. We still have the action bible! I love the ideas of devotions as gifts.
My kids loved the action bible when they were younger. And we give the kids at our daycare the Jesus storybook bible when they graduate!! I love these.
Love the list of book suggestions. Our favorite give away book isn’t spiritual or bible related really. It’s called “The Trellis and the Seed” and it’s a lovely reminder that God has plans for all of us, even if they don’t look like everyone else’s plan. It was gifted to me when my youngest child was diagnosed with autism and has been a constant reminder that she is perfect as she is.
As a Gramma I very much appreciate your list of suggestions!! Thank you!
I want to try that Advent book for next year. I just got a women’s NIV Bible filled with devotionals from the women of proverbs 31 and so far I love it.
I love the Jesus Calling devotionals! Great reading and reflection!
We’ve been loving the Duck Dynasty devotion for kids to do together as a family!
I do like One More Step by Rachel Wojo because sometimes people are struggling so much they need to be reminded to trust God and keep putting one foot in front of the other.
This year I got each of my children (3) and Husband a prayer journal. I also got a family prayer calendar so we can pray individually and as a family! Iโm excited to see how our prayer lives as a family are changed this year.
I like the Ann VosKamp Christmas Devotionals.
The Jesus Storybook Bible is my hands down favorite. Do you know there’s a version for adults, too?
I got my daughter a Bible for litle girls and their mother’s. She isn’t quite old enough to understand the significance yet but hopefully one day soon :)
I enjoy the devotional books with verses for each day.
Definitely devotional books or one year I gave my three kids each a cross necklace.
My girls love books about the birth of Jesus!
There are so many good ones, but I love the devotional Bibles that help you read through in one of year.
The Power of a Praying Husband, Wife, Parent ,etc. are great books depending on who it is for. They are a great series!
One of Karen Ehman’s books and so many great Christian authors to choose from.
I am a fan of ESV study bible.
Great gift for kids….would love something like this for some of the children in church
