Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte
Autumn just screams pumpkin everything. And for coffee lovers, a pumpkin spice latte is just the ticket to a fabulous fall feeling. Rather than drop a lot of cash at the local coffee house every time you are in the mood for the sweet, creamy drink, make your own using this simple recipe. It makes enough for two people.

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin purée
- ¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
- 3 tablespoons extra-fine cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups whole milk, warmed
- ½ cup strong coffee or espresso
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients except for the coffee into a blender. (You can also use a large measuring cup or bowl and a hand-held milk frother.) Blend until smooth.
- Pour the hot coffee into the blender and blend again until it’s all well-incorporated, about 2 minutes.
- Pour the drink into two cups and garnish with whipped cream and additional pumpkin spice, if desired.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight jar with a lid. It will last about 24 to 48 hours in the fridge.
