Granny Brewer’s Potato Salad
My daughter-in-law Macey’s Granny Brewer is an amazing cook. Her potato salad is an all time favorite dish her family loves.

Granny Brewer’s Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 6 medium to large Yukon gold potatoes diced into ½ inch cubes
- 5 hard boiled eggs chopped fine
- 3 ounces bread and butter pickles chopped fine
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning optional
Instructions
- Put potatoes in a large pot, fill with water covering your potatoes, and bring to a boil.
- Allow to boil for 10-15 minutes until fork tender. Chop your eggs and bread and butter pickles.
- Add your potatoes, eggs, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard to a large serving bowl, mixing well.
- Add your dill, salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning (if desired), stirring until combined.
