Father’s Day Brunch Menu

Need an easy, yet yummy idea for a Father’s Day menu to pamper dad this coming Sunday?

A simple breakfast casserole you assemble the night before and just pop into the oven the next morning is the featured main dish. To round it out, try my cinnamon rolls that you can make from scratch, or whip up the short-cut method that uses thawed, frozen bread dough from the grocery store.
