I love being a mom because it means God thought enough of lowly me to be responsible for some pretty amazing people. I know I can’t do it in my own strength, so I must lean on Him to get this mommy thing done.
Each day is a learning experience in this Mother journey enjoy every sec of it!
One thing that I love most about being a mom is knowing that at the end of the day my kids love me & know I love them. We are at a weird time in our family. We have his, hers and ours. One of mine lives with my ex-husband, my stepdaughter lives with her mom and at home we have the 17 year old from my first marriage and the 4 year old from our marriage. In dealing with all the day to day stuff I find myself losing it at the worst times. I’m working on stepping away and calming myself down before I say something I can’t get back. Sometimes it means a mommy time out. But when I am putting my youngest to bed or telling the oldest to be careful coming home after football I get the same, genuine “I love you” and it makes my heart flip a little.
Heard about the book on Sally Clarkson’s podcast. Really looking forward to
reading it.
It’s impossible to choose one thing I love most about being a mom. My kids help me grow spiritually. They are such a gift from God but they are not my own, they belong to God and as they become adults and follow His calling on their lives, I am seeing the investment I made in their spiritual growth is what will always matter most.
I love being a mom and watching my kids grow up, and just being able to love them unconditionally.

I love being a mom because it is a chance to be a part of a miracle every day. From the time I found out that I was expecting to the births of my two girls everything is just so amazing. I often question (and fear) all that I’m doing “wrong” in raising my girls but I also realize that God blessed me with these two beautiful people and He gives me a chance every day to be a part of creating their life.

I love being a mama of grown children because now they are friends.
I love being a mom because the rewards are eternal.
Being a mom of three (7, 5 and 3 year olds) makes me depend more on God: His wisdom, strength, guidance, direction, patience and unconditional love. There are ups and downs in our lives but to have this privilege of raising my precious kids is beyond me; but, with God on my side, “I can do all things…” I love them all so much and it’s a wonderful thing to be a mom… lavishing your kids with love and them giving that love back to you in their own special (sometimes, funny/silly) ways! Everyday, I thank the Lord for them and pray that they too when they are grown-ups will love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength!
